With the attacks on America that took place, security has gotten tight. Now something as simple as a little joke about Sept. 11 can get you in a lot of trouble.

The new Trade Center.
The Twin Towers were 1362 Ft and 1368 Ft high resepctively. Mr Turner proposes to raise the structures to a height of 1449 feet, which, with the communications tower, will create the world's tallest building at 1750 feet.
